Cross-Cultural Experience: Andrea holds two undergraduate degrees, one from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, in Spain, and the other from PUCRS, in Porto Alegre. She holds an M.A. in Social Psychology, in the field of Intergroup/Interethnic Relations, from UFSC. She has lived in countries such as Spain, Belgium, Italy and the United States. She’s a collaborator at UNESCO and member of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP), among other significant international entities. She had a deep experience with refugees in Europe and nowadays is reference in Brazil and Latin America for themes such as Cross-Cultural Psychology and Intercultural Education, having over 15 years of experience training and supporting expats, exchange students and international athletes during their experiences abroad. She is also the greatest bibliographic reference in Brazil in the field of Intercultural Sciences. She has released four books by Artes & Ofícios publisher.

Cross-Cultural Experience: Niamh holds a doctorate degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She is a registered clinical psychologist in Ireland and Brazil. She has extensive experience working with children, adults, and families, having previously served as a clinical psychologist at James Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, working with both mild and server mental health issues. A western Ireland native who moved to Rio de Janeiro after marrying a Brazilian national, Niamh has a unique firsthand understanding of the cultural adaptation process and its many challenges. She uses a variety of approaches in her work with clients, including cognitive-behavioral, process work psychotherapy, and humanistic psychology. Her interactive and conversational style gives therapy sessions a warm and comfortable tone.
