- Profile
Bernadette EZE Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW)
I am an Australian Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with many years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions. I work from a psychodynamic and attachment-based framework, which means I pay close attention to how your early relationships and life experiences shape the way you feel, relate, and cope today.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s underneath the surface — not just manage symptoms, but understand them. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or the particular complexities of living far from home, I bring both professional rigour and genuine human warmth to our work together.
I have a special interest in working with expats, internationally mobile professionals, and those living cross-cultural lives. I understand the unique stressors of displacement, identity shifts, and the grief that can come with leaving — or longing for — home.
All sessions are conducted online via secure video, making quality therapeutic support accessible wherever you are in the world.
