Rafaella Giassi | Psychologist for Women, Teens & Expats

I am a Brazilian psychologist providing online therapy for adolescents and adults.
I work primarily with women, teenagers, expatriates, immigrants, and Brazilians living abroad who are experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or adjustment to new environments.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients develop practical skills to better understand their emotions, improve coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Having lived abroad myself, I also understand many of the challenges related to cultural adaptation, loneliness, identity, and building a life away from home.

Sessions are available in Portuguese and English.
