My practice is about offering online therapy for expat teenagers and adults, who experience the cultural shifts of moving abroad or living in a multicultural environment. Because of my brazilian-european family and international connections, I experienced a multicultural upbringing, with its fortunes and challenges. We aknowledge the effects of having different celebrations, habits, traditions, expressions and perspectives, added to the feeling of belonging to more than one place while, at the same time, not fully belonging anywhere. I can help you recover, take ownership and strengthen the part of your identity that seems to be lost in translation.
