Phenomenological-existential psychotherapy focuses on one’s individual experiences and the making of meaning as a result of them. It combines the philosophical traditions of existentialism and phenomenology to create a form of psychotherapy that is conversational, open and free of judgment. This approach allows you to go at your own pace, and allows me to accompany you in an exploration of self-transparency and authenticity.
