Living between cultures can be enriching, but it can also bring challenges. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, questions about identity, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
As a German Clinical Psychologist living in Brazil, I understand what it means to adapt to different cultures, languages, and ways of life. Having lived and worked in Germany, the United States, and Brazil, I bring both professional and personal experience to my work with clients from diverse backgrounds. I offer therapy in English, Portuguese, and German.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt Therapy, a humanistic and experiential approach that values awareness, authentic relationships, and growth through present-moment experience. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how they are experienced in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.
I work with adults and couples facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and questions of personal growth and identity. I also have postgraduate training in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Inclusion, and welcome neurodivergent clients with sensitivity, respect, and an individualized approach.
