I am a Brazilian psychologist, neuropsychologist, and EMDR therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience. I provide online psychotherapy in Portuguese for adults in Brazil and Brazilians living abroad.

My work focuses on trauma and adverse life experiences, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, burnout, grief, and relationship difficulties. I often work with people who continue functioning and meeting their responsibilities while internally experiencing exhaustion, anxiety, emotional overload, or difficulty resting.

My therapeutic approach integrates EMDR Therapy, neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic approaches, with treatment tailored to each person’s history and needs.

Living abroad can also bring challenges related to cultural adaptation, identity, loneliness, relationships, and distance from familiar support networks.

Online sessions are available in Portuguese worldwide, as well as in-person sessions in São Paulo, Brazil.
