With over 20 years of experience, I have been dedicated to helping people worldwide through video counseling. Therapy goes beyond problem-solving; it serves as a means for personal growth and self-awareness, enabling people to gain a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them. In face of the current world crisis, support and therapy are more than ever needed to help you navigate the present uncertainties.
Personal growth is always emphasized, encouraging the exploration of new coping skills and effective communication. Empathy and compassion are necessary elements in counseling particularly when addressing various challenges in life such as depression, anxiety, alienation, interpersonal difficulties, relationship crisis, cultural adjustment, childhood trauma, anger, and self esteem, among others.
My approach to counseling is eclectic including various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, depth psychotherapy, conflict management, existential psychotherapy and art therapy. The approach is based on your specific needs and preferences, following your unique journey.
Both in my professional and personal life, I deeply understand the experience of being a TCK( Third Culture Kid), expat or immigrant, and the difficulties of adapting to a new culture or multiple cultures simultaneously. Having been born into an immigrant family in Detroit, USA and later moving to Montreal, Quebec, I have closely worked with people from varied cultural and social backgrounds as a counselor in multicultural centers, women’s shelters and in private practice.
Currently, I live in Vancouver, Canada, and continue to offer my counseling services remotely, supporting people through long distance no matter where you are located.
My services are available to anyone basically who has access to internet through Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime or phone, whatever you prefer.

I completed my B.A. at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA; B.S.W. at McGill University ; M.S.W. Universite de Montreal, Montreal, Canada.
