Many clients come feeling like they “should be fine”, but deep down they feel confused, disconnected, overwhelmed, or burdened, just not knowing why. Unprocessed past experiences can be stored in our body, causing anxiety, depression, numbness, or disturbed relationships. In our sessions, we’ll gently reconnect the parts that have been shut down by stress, anger, fear, shame, or grief, make sense of everything that’s important to you, and create space for you to express yourself freely and rediscover your authentic self.

I specialize in healing relational and trauma wounds via psychoanalytic and somatic/EMDR/IFS therapy, as well as EFT/Gottman for couples, especially for immigrants, professionals, LGBTQ+, ADHDers, CPTSD or NPD/sexual abuse survivors, adoption parents, and first responders. My life experiences have deepened my compassion, so I can hold a safe and personalized space for my clients from diverse backgrounds.
