In fact, the events of life can wear us down and leave us feeling lost, emotionally exhausted, and without joy. You may be struggling with finding yourself, a lack of meaning in your life, difficulty managing relationships, or processing emotions and unresolved trauma.
I am here to help! Human suffering is inevitable. But you do not need to bear this alone. In therapy, we can create a safe space and a connection for you to foster a new awareness, befriend your shadows, and reconnect with yourself to find new possibilities.
I will support you through conscious listening, being sensitive to your unique experience and your points of pain. My role is to challenge you when need be, with compassion, and to use my academic and personal experience to guide the process, and to work collaboratively with you to reach your goals.
