    We are a group of professional counsellors/therapists who provide online services to people around the world.

    We have two areas of specialty:
    1) Those living abroad and in places with few mental health services, such as humanitarian aid workers, missionaries, embassy workers, Third Culture Kids, international teachers, etc. We work to support them in all dynamics related to relocation, challenges of living far away from family, relationship dynamics, anxiety, stress, depression, and more.

    2) Those who are deconstructing involvement in a high control group or religion and/or processing religious harm or trauma. We help people give language to the control dynamics present, understand what happened, and move forward with confidence in who they are.

  • Credentials
    We all have a masters degree in a mental health related field, such as Counselling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Art Therapy. We are all part of a professional association and follow their code of ethics.
