Many of the people I work with whether from the U.S. or from many other countries are thoughtful, sensitive individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply. They may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, relationship struggles, or self-criticism, and are looking for a more compassionate way to relate to their inner world. Together we slow down and explore what is happening emotionally and relationally, helping create greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

I offer a contemplative approach to therapy that integrates psychotherapy, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples to explore emotional and relational patterns, helping clients develop greater clarity, self-compassion, and new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
