Jenna is a Registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado in the US. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelors in Human Services. She has been helping individuals and families navigate tough transitions for over the last 16 years, from families and individuals navigating life in a new country, the loss of a job, stressed relationships, to adjusting to the loss of a loved one. She also is very familiar with the struggles and anxieties that can come with navigating a life in foreign country. Her clinical experience is diverse and includes working with the expatriate and nomadic community, high-risk youth, adult drug and alcohol abuse, grief, trauma, domestic violence, mental health disorders in adults and children, and marital and couples therapy. As a Counselor, she is qualified and trained to help individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. She takes a systemic approach to problems using strength-based models such as Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
