I offer a down to earth approach to psychotherapy while being empathetic, professional, and attuned to your wants, needs, and goals in therapy. I have been a psychotherapist since 2011 and started my private practice in 2018. My specializations are focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, an emphasis working with clients diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and substance use issues.I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and I provide this service online!

I have had the honor to work with clients from all walks of life. As a therapist I emphasize a collaborative approach and I am always open to giving you the space you need to work through difficult life situations either from the past or in the present. Many of my clients tend to be overachievers in life but still experience difficulty with moving through a tumultuous chaotic childhood as adults.

The most rewarding aspects of getting to do what I do is see you achieve goals that maybe you thought weren’t possible at first.
