Oksana Kulyk

I am a Master’s-level Clinical Psychologist with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with adults experiencing adjustment difficulties, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, depressive states, grief and loss, as well as those who simply want to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
In therapy, I help clients develop resilience, self-awareness, and practical psychological skills to manage emotions, overcome fears and limiting patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and build healthier relationships. My goal is not only to help you overcome current difficulties, but to equip you with tools to face future challenges with greater confidence and independence.
My approach is evidence-based, practical, and deeply human. I offer online sessions in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
