Dr. Karen Farhat is the Founder and Clinical Director of Body & Mind Consultancy, an international wellbeing and integrative psychotherapy practice established in 2010. She is an award-winning integrative psychotherapist, relationship specialist, mediator, and intercultural psychology expert with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and organisations worldwide. Her credentials include a PhD in Transpersonal Counselling, an MSc in Metaphysical Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Psychology and Transformational Coaching, a Diploma in Spiritual Coaching, and professional certification in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. Karen’s approach is compassion-focused and strengths-based: she is more interested in what is right and resilient in you than in labelling what is “wrong,” helping you make sense of your story and create more choice in how you live and relate.
