Hello, I’m Elliott (they/them) I am an international therapist who specializes in working with Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, as well as the LGBTQ+ community. My focus is primarily on supporting people who are late diagnosed or who also identify as a “late bloomer” in their Queer identity. I am poly and kink informed and affirming as well. My clients are often folks whose experiences and struggles tend to fall through the cracks of more rigid and traditional forms of therapy and mental health care.
I work primarily through an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens, with a lite focus on somatic awareness – “where do you feel that in your body and how is that sensation showing up” is a common question I ask clients as we explore their emotions and experiences with curiosity.
I offer virtual sessions , globally, and in-person sessions in Helsinki, Finland.
Private pay only, sliding scale available on an individual basis.
