Psychological Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist

I offer counselling and hypnotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, social anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, guilt, shame, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. My work is reflective and collaborative, with a genuine interest in understanding not only what you are experiencing, but what may lie beneath it.
My approach is integrative and attuned. I draw from different therapeutic methods and adapt the work to you. We work together to explore deeper patterns, work through emotions, belief systems, and past experiences, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
