Psychotherapy using the Gestalt Therapy approach in individual, couples and group setting. Areas of speciality are listed below.

German (mother tongue), English (fluent) and Spanish (basic). Para hispanohablantes: Si no sabes al menos un poco de inglés o alemán, la terapia será difícil.

Treatment philosophy:
My work is rooted in the humanistic perspective. It is based on the belief that we have the capacity to make conscious choices, take responsibility for our actions and intentionally shape our lives. I trust that people – even in difficult moments – have their own resources and an inherent capacity for self-organisation and self-regulation. For me, three things are particularly important for a genuine attempt at therapeutic work: a willingness to be present with what is, with kindness and honesty; a benevolent and curious interest without rushing to intervene; and humour.
