I offer on-line and face to face sessions mainly to couples, parents, adults, students and also expats.
My work incorporates systemic and CBT approaches that are trauma and attachment informed. Therapy can be short-term or over a longer period of time. I offer a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic space for individuals, couples and parents to reflect, explore and to seek answers and solutions at their own pace. - CredentialsI am a qualified and licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Therapist (accredited previously in the UK with the British Psychological Society and the Health Professions Council ). Since locating to Germany 10 years ago I am accredited and licensed with the Psychotherapeutenkammer (Professional Body of Psychological Therapists) in Berlin. I am qualified to work with children, adults, parents, families and couples. I have over 30 years of clinical experience in the UK, Germany and South Africa. In the UK I was employed in the NHS for 16 years where I also worked as a clinical supervisor. In Germany I trained as a couple therapist.
