Hello! I’m an English speaking, licensed and experienced psychotherapist (non-medical psychological practitioner), working in Hamburg, Germany and offering psychotherapy and counseling for individuals. I am half British and half German and speak both languages fluently. I specialise in the treatment of anxiety and phobia, depression, lack of self esteem, anger management, work-related stress, relationship problems, eating disorders, addiction, stress management, trauma, PTSD, OCD, psychosomatic disorders, grief counseling, disorders of body scheme, autism, burnout, fear of flying and foreign language anxiety.

My therapy approach is positive and goal-oriented and the preferred method I use is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which produces clear, measurable changes.
