I offer cognitive-behavioral therapy for adults dealing with a variety of psychological challenges. My approach includes techniques drawn from mindfulness, acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), as well as traditional CBT strategies and a variety of other methods, which have been shown to be effective in reducing psychological symptoms and distress. I am a native English speaker and offer psychotherapy in both English and German. I particularly enjoy working with individuals coming from varying cultural backgrounds.
