I’m Tidal Grace, a psychotherapist based in Hamburg working with adults worldwide. All my sessions are audio only, no camera. That format is deliberate. For clients dealing with dissociation, depersonalization, or living in places where privacy matters, not being on camera changes what’s possible in the room.

I specialize in depersonalization and derealization (DPDR), anxiety, complex trauma, and the kind of long-standing depression that doesn’t always look like depression from the outside. I’ve written two books on depersonalization: The Floor Beneath the Floor (a memoir of living with severe DPDR) and Reclaiming Reality (a clinical guide to conquering it). I’ve also produced an audio course, DP/DR First-Aid, for people working through DPDR on their own.

Many of my clients are expats, third culture adults, or people living in places where the right kind of therapist isn’t locally available. I work in English. Training draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, and Schema Therapy.

Introductory sessions are 80 minutes. Follow-ups are 50 minutes. I also offer Relationship Clarity Sessions for couples: 80-minute audio-only sessions for couples stuck in repeating patterns or considering separation. €250 per session, or €750 for a 3-session clarity intensive.
