- Profile
Choosing therapy is an important decision. My aim is to offer a respectful, collaborative, and professional space where you can explore personal difficulties, relationship patterns, and life transitions at your own pace. I offer psychotherapy in English and German, both in person in Frankfurt am Main and online.
Having lived and worked in China for more than twelve years, I have personally experienced what it means to live between cultures, adapt to new environments, and navigate repeated transitions. These experiences have shaped the way I understand the emotional and relational challenges that can accompany international life, whether they involve relocation, identity, belonging, relationships, family, or career transitions.
Therapy is a collaborative process of exploration. Together, we pay attention to what you are experiencing, seek to understand how it has shaped your life, and discover new possibilities that may gradually open up. Rather than offering quick solutions, I aim to support a process that helps you respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, flexibility, and authenticity.
My work is grounded in Analytical Gestalt Therapy, a relational and experiential approach to psychotherapy. Together, we pay attention to what is happening in the present moment and explore the patterns that may quietly shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and everyday life. When appropriate, I integrate elements of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), existential therapy, or parts work where they naturally support the therapeutic process while remaining grounded in a Gestalt perspective.
Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period, looking to better understand recurring emotional or relational patterns, or wishing to live more authentically and in greater harmony with yourself, therapy can become a place not only for relief from distress but also for personal growth, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.
Depending on your goals and individual situation, therapy may range from brief interventions to short- or longer-term work.
