Do you wish you could understand why you behave or respond in certain ways? Growth can be painful and difficult. It can be helpful to have someone to assist you as you navigate the messy transitions in life. I am a counselor who is passionate about working with individuals who want to learn more about themselves and improve their daily lives, their relationships, and how they feel about themselves. I feel inspired when working with individuals who wish to resolve issues related to trauma, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.
I utilize modalities including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “Parts Work” to address trauma-related issues. I help clients to build insight, awareness, and decrease self-judgement by using mindfulness and practicing self-compassion. Using a holistic approach, I am aware that spirituality plays a significant role in our overall health and well-being. If you are interested, we can utilize tarot cards during our sessions as a tool to engage with our intuition and explore our deeper consciousness.
Together, we can work towards finding clarity, resolving emotional wounds, and learning ways to honor all parts of yourself. When reaching out for help, it is important to feel seen, heard, and safe. These are qualities that I value and commit to uphold during our counseling sessions.
