About me
I am a licensed psychologist and accredited coach with 20 years of experience working with people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds. I offer online counseling, psychotherapy, life and career coaching via Skype.
I studied and worked in several countries: the UK, Belgium, Greece. My goal is to help my clients to lay down their own path to happiness, satisfaction and success. In order to achieve this, I always strive to establish a relationship with clients which is based on trust, empathy, genuineness, respect and confidentiality.
I have experience of working with issues such as anxiey, depression, life transitions, expats’ adjustment, loss, relationship struggles and much more.

My ultimate goal is to help my clients to lay down their own path to happiness, satisfaction or success in life without needing ongoing support. I deeply believe that the best solution for each problem varies according to the individual’s needs and lifestyle. I work using , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person centered therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and coaching techniques.
