I am a licensed Psychologist and Psychotherapist based in Greece, offering both in-person and online therapy sessions. My therapeutic approach is based on Modern Psychotherapy – Rational Biopsychosocial Method, as taught at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA).

This holistic model treats each individual as a whole, addressing the biological, psychological, social, and cognitive dimensions of human existence. It is grounded in the biopsychosocial model, which recognizes the dynamic interaction between biological predispositions, psychological processes, emotional experiences, and the social/physical environment. Special emphasis is placed on the person’s unique emotional background and life history.

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, designing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
