I offer therapeutic coaching services online and in-person (Athens, Greece) certified in therapeutic Emotional Freedom Techniques and Trauma Focused Tapping Therapy for stress, anxiety, and achieving goals. My clients are mainly expats and reptas who are multi-cultural, in mixed ethnicity marriages, or co-parenting abroad following divorce. I’m an Adult Third Culture Kid who grew up, studied and worked abroad before repatriating to Greece in my late 20s. I’ve lived in Zimbabwe, North Sudan, Belgium, Pakistan, Russian, and England before repatriating to Greece in 2012. I taught teenagers in British and International schools for over 10 years before retraining to beocme a EFT therapist and coach.
