    I am an english-speaking psychotherapist who has lived as an expat for many years in Northern Italy. I am a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapist and Counsellors and have a private psychotherapy practice in the Varese area. I work with adults, adolescents and couples, working to overcome emotional difficulites, to explore the issues and challenges that may be causing distress and to provide support as we work to alleviate anxiety and stress.
