    I am a UK-accredited psychotherapist and Italian-accredited professional counselor based in Milan. With extensive experience in the UK National Health Service, university settings, study abroad programs, and private practice, I offer both brief and long-term therapy to individuals aged 18 and above, using a relational psychodynamic and intercultural approach.

    I offer a safe and confidential space to explore the emotional, psychological and relational issues that you may find reoccuring in your life and that you’re finding difficult to manage. My work aims at increasing your own self reflective capabilities and giving you better insight into the issues you are experiencing, and how to make change.
    I am available for both online and in-person sessions in my consulting room in central Milan. Services are offered in both English and Italian.
