My starting point is the diversity and uniqueness of each individual and/or couple; consequently, the therapeutic approach must also be different and tailored. Through the integration and synergy of various theories and techniques, I adapt my work to the specific characteristics and needs of each person—a way of working that is eclectic, where each session and situation is addressed individually and uniquely according to your needs.

My way of working is solution-oriented and my goal is to help you face and overcome the problems that cause you discomfort or emotional pain. I can support you in dealing with any negative thoughts or feelings you may be experiencing—either as individuals or as a couple.
