Bloom with Lucia - Holistic Rapid Transformational Therapy & Hypnotherapy

I work with women who feel stuck in repeating emotional, relationship, and self-worth patterns — even when they consciously understand what they want to change. Using Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), hypnotherapy, and subconscious-focused techniques, I help clients explore the underlying beliefs and experiences driving these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

My work is particularly focused on relationship patterns, self-worth, confidence, people-pleasing, emotional dependency, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs. I work mostly online with English-speaking clients internationally, offering a confidential and supportive space for women who are ready to understand themselves at a deeper level and move forward differently. For clients who are local to me in Italy, I am more than happy to offer in-person sessions.
