    Yokohama Mental Health provides professional, English-speaking counseling and psychotherapy in Yokohama and online throughout Japan. Led by Adam Clark (M.Ed.), the practice specializes in supporting the international community, including expats, Third Culture Kids (TCKs), and adolescents.

    We offer a safe, confidential space to navigate anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, and life transitions. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the international school system, Adam provides empathetic, personalized support tailored to the unique challenges of living abroad.

    Services: Individual Counseling, Psychotherapy, Expat Support. Location: Located a short bus ride away from both Ishikawa-cho (JR) and Motomachi-Chukagai Staitions (In-person) and available via secure video link (Online).
