Equipped with an education – Doctor of Psychology with an emphasis in Counselling Psychologist, I specialize in supporting individuals and communities navigate life’s challenges with resilience through talk therapy. I tailor my therapy sessions to each individual that seeks my support.

My passions in my career include fostering mental wellness for all and in particular addressing mental health and wellness in sub-Saharan Africa. If you are struggling with a difficult decision, navigating grief, feeling lost or emotionally exhausted, burned out at work, experiencing challenges in your relationships, feeling persistently sad without knowing why, dealing with an unhealthy relationship with others, food, sex, or money, having trouble sleeping, or if you simply need someone to talk to….I am here. I also like to work in men’s mental wellness, trauma recovery, and navigating infertility.

My expertise is informed by life experiences and my education which extended into my dissertation research on perceptions of infertility and childlessness in SSA, which has been published and contributes to the growing body of knowledge in this field.

I am committed to meeting individuals at their unique level in my practice. Using evidence-based, human centered approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to empower personal growth and transformation. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns and work towards meaningful growth in their mental healthcare journey…always confidential.
