Alexandra is trained in integrative psychotherapy, combining evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. This flexible way of working supports both insight and practical change. She believes there is no universal solution or single way of working with all difficulties. Some concerns benefit from a more structured approach, while others call for a compassionate, understanding based process.
