    I am a music-centred music therapist experienced in improvisation, listening & teaching. I strive to help you integrate yourself within an environment where music is both the container & expression of human values.

    The clinical & conscious use of music can help you relax, guide, explore, express, interact, challenge & enjoy yourself.
    You are not required to be a musician or have any instrumental ability to participate. Our responses to music are hard-wired, so will respond to music anyway.
    Whether you consider yourself articulate or find words not so easy (if at all), I am open to working with children & adults alike in an online or in person setting.
