It is all about a kind presence and a safe space, where people come and work with their issues without any judgement, in a respectful manner. I often serve as a compassionate companion on the journey of self-exploration, using the psychoanalytic process and family constellation techniques to help connect past experiences with present feelings and behaviors. We explore thoughts, feelings, memories, dreams, body sensations to uncover unconscious dynamics and patterns. So to understand them. This understanding launches the necessary movement, which then changes the dynamics. I always integrate somatic, bodily experience into the work because our body never lies: no matter what ambitions or ideas we may have we can always check them with our body if it is good or bad for us. When I do constellations online most often I would accompany the clients in their therapeutic “walk” in the imaginary field, where with my support they move step by step, deeply feeling, sensing their relations, naming and talking through everything that is unfolding in order to be healed for the specific request. Such a process powerfully reveals hidden entanglements, family dynamics and open a path to change. Throughout, I blend depth (psychoanalysis, constellations) with practical tools (mindfulness, grounding, gentle movement, somatic experience) so that the work feels balanced and healing. My ultimate goal is to help you gain insight, resilience and freedom – in your relationships, love and work and within yourself – by transforming old loyalties and stories into the narrative that you feel is truly yours.
