I work with long-term internationals living abroad, supporting them through life’s challenges — including relationship changes, transitions, job loss, illness, and shifts in identity and belonging. With an understanding of how living abroad can shape these experiences, I focus on what matters most to each client. Together, we make sense of change, transition, and emotional complexity, helping clients develop deeper self-understanding and a stronger sense of connection to themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
