I work with adults who are used to coping on their own but at some point feel that their usual ways of dealing with difficulties are no longer enough. This may involve anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction or codependency, loss of stability, major life changes, or expat adjustment. In Gestalt therapy, we explore what is happening for you now, what is getting in the way, and what may help you live with more stability, freedom, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself.
