I am a Certified Gottman Method (CGT) couples therapist and help couples rebuild their relationships when they have become emotionally disconnected over time or due to an affair. Research shows that to build lasting relationships partners must become better friends, learn to manage conflict and create ways to support each other’s hopes and dreams for the future.
I also offer Gottman Method marathon therapy, a dynamic alternative to traditional weekly sessions. In this powerful therapy format we meet for several consecutive days. It’s a good fit for couples who want intensive therapy; for couples whose schedules do not allow for them to go to weekly therapy sessions; and for couples who need to get help immediately.
I have lived as an expat for over 30 years and am familiar with the demands of professional expat life and its impact on emotional well-being. In addition to private practice I am the Staff Welfare Officer at an international UN organisation and have also worked as a specialist within the gender and children’s unit at the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
