I am a licensed psychologist and my services are directed to supporting adults experiencing emotional distress or mental health difficulties. I can help, for example, with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, dealing with stressful life changes, problematic relationship dynamics, emotional dysregulation, conflict management at home or at work, burnout/work-stress, negative self-image/ low self-esteem, and processing trauma. I offer my clients guidance to find what they are searching for and to give them back the perspective they feel they have lost. As my focus is to put emphasis on the person’s needs, my main approach is integrative. I apply some (but not exclusively) techniques from Transactional Analysis, Mentalization-based Treatment, Psychodynamic, and Client-Centred approaches.

A bit of background about myself: I’m originally from Italy but spent many years living in two different countries, first Ireland and then the Netherlands, where I’ve been supporting the international and local community.
