I run a private psychology practice in The Hague, supporting adults through difficult moments in life. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to help them cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other experiences.
I provide a safe, respectful, and personalized environment, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I also work with Spanish-speaking expatriates, helping them adapt to life in the Netherlands. Sessions are available in Spanish, English, and Catalan, with flexible in-person appointments in The Hague and Utrecht or online options. - CredentialsI hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychopathology, and a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology from Spain. I completed training in EMDR therapy, enabling me to work deeply with trauma and difficult life experiences, and I draw on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in clinical practice. Since 2018 I have been living in the Netherlands, where I founded my own practice in 2019 and have worked with diverse adult populations. I am a member of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP) and am registered to work as a psychologist in the Netherlands. I work professionally in Spanish, English, and Catalan
