My journey in mental health started two decades ago when I completed my degree in Clinical Psychology in Pakistan. Since then, I have supported my clients in building self-efficacy and in rediscovering their inner potential. I have extensive experience in supporting clients with mental health and addiction issues and empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals by walking alongside their journey of emotional healing and revitalization. I use a recovery-oriented, empathetic approach to help clients build insight into their problems and develop healthy coping strategies so they can reintegrate into the community. I am a qualified Alcohol and Drug Clinician with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health/addiction industry.
