Dr Jude Nielsen - Counselling Psychology Stavanger

I am Dr Jude Nielsen, a UK trained and qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist and teacher. In 2012 I moved from London to Stavanger, Norway, where I now work supporting the international, English speaking community. I provide a range of psychological and educational services, including counselling for individuals and couples; talks, courses and workshops; educational and psychological assessment.

As a Counselling Psychologist I integrate psychological theory and research with therapeutic practice, to inform the different areas of my work. So whether I am working therapeutically with an individual or a couple, running a workshop on developing parenting skills or working with children with learning difficulties, my work is always informed by research evidence and best practice and by the values most important to me – compassion, commitment and care, so that everybody I work with can learn, grow and thrive.
