I provide online counseling and psychotherapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth. My approach integrates evidence-based counseling, somatic awareness, and a compassionate, client-centered perspective to support lasting healing and change.
I have training in Integrative Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Counseling and Care. I work with individuals seeking to understand themselves more deeply, heal from past experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward greater wellbeing. I also offer Christian-integrated counseling for clients who wish to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop new insights, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
