Bogumiła Gelbach - Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist

I am passionate about people, human relations and growth. I provide psychological support and individual psychotherapy for adults and young adults. I mostly work in-person, occasionally online. I base my daily practice on various psychotherapeutic approaches considering dreams and physical symptoms as well as on the achievements of psychology and philosophy.

I have many years of studies, psychological training, mindfulness and meditation practice as well as significant experience of working in the area of human development within international organizations. I travelled around Europe and cooperated with people from different countries and cultures. This experience is a valuable resource for me in practice because it allows me to better understand the challenges faced by the clients I work with.

I trust the process of life and believe everything that happens to us carries meaning and wisdom. It is my heart path and my lifestyle. I support clients in discovering their own path, in searching for the way of life that nourishes, adds energy, develops in love for themselves and the world. It is more authentic and fulfilled.
