I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Warsaw (2020) and completed further specialization at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, focused on psychopharmacology and addiction treatment. My clinical interest also extends to the emerging role of psychedelics in mental health treatment.

A little about me: I’m Persian-Polish, born in Canada and raised in the USA. From there, my life kept moving, across the US, Poland, the UAE, Spain, all the way to Uruguay.

That constant movement has shaped how I understand identity and belonging, and the quiet weight of never quite feeling “settled.”

I know firsthand that navigating multiple cultures doesn’t always need to be solved or fixed. Often, it simply needs to be understood, accepted, and worked with.

I work with a wide range of people – expats and immigrants navigating new cultures, as well as those facing life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

Between social expectations, communities, and building your own identity among sometimes conflicting factors, I believe we all have the ability to find self-acceptance and peace within ourselves, as well as finding the opportunity for growth.

With over 1500 supervised clinical hours, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many different stories, and I’d be glad to be part of yours.

In my psychological sessions, I draw from a combination of evidence-based therapies, including psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, ACT, and some elements of CBT. I customize my approach to suit the specific needs and goals of each individual. Through our collaboration, I aim to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, build resilience, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
