Gestalt Therapy in Ukrainian and Russian – Iryna Melnychenko

I am a certified and accredited Gestalt therapist with six years of experience working with adults. I offer therapy in Ukrainian and Russian, both online and in person in Gdynia, Poland.

I support people experiencing anxiety, self-criticism, low self-esteem, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, challenges with personal boundaries, migration and adaptation, loss, and major life changes.

My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. Together, we explore your feelings, needs, recurring patterns, and relationships, helping you understand yourself better and find ways of living that feel more authentic and supportive.

I have particular experience working with Ukrainians living abroad and understand the emotional challenges of forced migration, separation from home, uncertainty, and rebuilding life in another country. Sessions last 50 minutes and are available online or in person in Gdynia.
