Hello ☀️ I’m a U.S. licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in Lisbon. I work with adults, young people, and expats dealing with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, and the complicated reality of starting over in a new country.

A lot of the people I work with are thoughtful and self aware. They understand why they feel the way they do, but insight alone has not helped them change the patterns they keep getting pulled back into. In therapy, we look at how past experiences, stress, attachment, and the nervous system are affecting what is happening now. From there, we figure out what will actually help you move forward.

My style is warm, active, and honest. I will give you space to process, but I will also ask questions, offer feedback, and help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Therapy with me is not just about talking through the same things every week. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself more clearly, and make changes that hold up in your actual life.

I utilize CBT, EMDR, somatic work, mindfulness, and trauma informed and solution focused approaches. I am certified in ADHD and complex trauma treatment and have completed EMDRIA approved EMDR training. I adapt the work to the person in front of me because therapy should feel personal, useful, and connected to what you actually need.

I offer online sessions as well as limited in person sessions in Lisbon. My practice is culturally responsive, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
