- Profile
I am an open, curious, present person with a great desire to help clients grow their healthy part. I have both a theoretical understanding of the functioning of the psyche and a practical one developed in my own psychology office, as well as during the trainings I attended. Also, having already devoted years to my own process in therapy helps me have a better understanding of the brave and vulnerable experience of the client. I approach the therapeutic relationship with devotion and respect, with professionalism while keeping the human connection alive.
Treating the symptom is something I’m always considering, but I find defining the human experience by the symptom alone to be limiting. I would rather see it as an effect of unintegrated difficult experiences or an observable manifestation of what’s going on inside the person. That’s why I’m always curious to get to know the being behind the symptom and to go deeper while respecting the person’s pace and consent. I am amazed at one’s capacity for constant reorganization of the self and how it can transform based on growth through experience.
My belief is that we can turn challenging moments into opportunities to grow and heal. The answers are within the person, even if they initially seem to be nowhere to be found. How do we find them? A short answer would be getting in touch with the authentic needs and emotions, at the right pace and in a safe space characterized by support, compassion, curiosity, unconditional acceptance, and companionship.
What you will benefit from working with me:
– my support, curiosity, warmth and knowledge to guide you;
of structure and clarity;
-a collaborative process where you are in control: you decide what you want to explore together, what you want to talk about or not, how and how much;
-emphasis placed on your authenticity, on the development of autonomy and a sense of personal competence;
-an integrative trauma-informed approach that I am constantly improving both through the international trainings I constantly attend and through my personal work in therapy over the last 10 years;What you won’t benefit from working with me:
-miraculous recipes for healing overnight or in x number of sessions;
-advice about your own life (I will however support you in discovering and deciding for yourself what is and is not right for you);
-cure guarantees that exclude your active involvement and efforts;
-other things that sound too good to be true.🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ LGBTQIA+ affirmative and trauma-informed

I have a sliding scale between 60 and 100 euros per a 50 min session. Sessions can be extended to 80 minutes if we both agree that it is needed. You get to pick your most fitting rate based on your income and privileges. You won’t be asked to provide any kind of proof for your choice, just know that your fee supports other clients who are unemployed/have other issues that prevent them from being able to afford to pay a full rate or to pay at all.
